Artichokes
Grown in Salento (Apulia, South Italy), an area famous for the superior quality of the so-called “brindisino” artichoke, these artichokes are very compact and come in small sizes (60/70 pcs/kg).
They reach optimum ripening without red parts and without openings, thanks to the microclimate of this region. We process them exclusively when freshly harvested, thus exalting the organoleptic characteristics of the product.
The recipe, using delicate herbs, gives the artichokes a unique flavour, appreciated by all consumers and particularly esteemed by lovers of Mediterranean culinary tradition.

Aubergine fillets
Grown in South Italy, these aubergines are cut into strips and enriched with delicate Mediterra-nean herbs, obtaining a balanced taste that is pleasing to the palate.
Excellent as starters or side dishes, these aubergines are also an excellent ingredient for the preparation of various seasonings for typical Italian first courses.

Dried tomatoes
These San Marzano tomatoes, with their characteristic pear shape, grown exclusively in Italy, are appreciated all over the world for their fragrance, superior flavour and distinctive bright red colour.
Uniformly dried in the sun so as to maintain a unique and inimitable softness, they are enriched with spices and Mediterranean herbs that give them their extraordinarily characteristic taste.
The recipe for these tomatoes respects the most authentic Italian culinary tradition; so, besides their traditional use as starters or side dishes, they are also an excellent ingredient for enriching salads, pizza and as seasoning for many typical first courses.

Mushrooms
These small Champignon mushrooms, spiced with Italian erbs, are perfect for many tasty recipes.
Excellent for hors-d’oeuvres, side disches, salads, pizza and sandwiches.

Garlic in cloves
Cloves of garlic which, suitably worked, lose part of the typically strong odour and flavour, while retaining all the physical, organoleptic, nutritional and wholesome characteristics of fresh garlic.
Preserved in sunflower seed oil and enhanced with Mediterranean aromatic herbs, it can be used as an original appetizer and excellent ingredient to add halfway through or at the end of cooking, to prepare sauces, or added to bruschettas, pizzas and filled rolls.

Black stoned olives in extra virgin olive oil
These black olives are natural, without being treated to obtain the typical colouring.
They are small, with a soft structure and their natural flavour is further enhanced by extra virgin olive oil and delicate Mediterranean aromas, which give this product a unique and particularly tantalizing flavour.
They can be used in a variety of ways: added to pizzas, bruschettas, filled rolls and salads.
Added to tomato, they make an excellent, ready to heat sauce.
